BondsSphere
Issuer-side decision infrastructure for primary bond markets

Financing decisions — before the deal.

BondsSphere provides treasury teams with an independent, scenario-based view on funding options, market readiness and executable deal configurations — before any bank mandate is given.

Built for issuers who want better financing decisions without adding confidentiality risk or changing the bank-led execution process.
Vision & Mission

A focused entry point into a large and still fragmented market

BondsSphere starts with a focused decision layer for treasury teams and is designed to help issuers make better financing decisions before entering the market.

Vision
To become a trusted digital infrastructure layer for primary corporate bond markets over time.
Mission
To improve financing decisions through structured scenarios, market context and institutionally credible decision support.
Starting point
An issuer-side pre-mandate decision system — not an execution venue and not a transaction marketplace.
Platform Scope

Built around the decisions that happen before a deal goes live

The first product scope is intentionally focused on the highest-value decision layer for issuers: financing readiness, scenario design and pre-mandate clarity.

Financing Readiness

Continuous assessment of funding options, market access and issuance readiness.

Scenario & Structuring

Structured comparison of tenor, size and deal configuration under different market conditions.

Market & Pricing Context

Independent spread corridors and market positioning based on observable market and issuer data.

Decision Framework

Clear decision outputs to support proceed, wait or redesign discussions before any mandate is given.

Why

Primary market decisions still depend on fragmented inputs

Corporate bond issuance is economically critical, yet many financing decisions still rely on fragmented information, weak comparability and bank-dependent inputs. BondsSphere is being built to create a more structured and independent decision layer.

Market reality
Funding decisions are still shaped by spreadsheets, partial market views and relationship-driven input.
Technology shift
AI and cloud-native systems now make a more structured decision layer feasible.
Long-term ambition
A focused wedge today with a disciplined path toward broader market infrastructure over time.
Positioning

What BondsSphere is not

The first version of BondsSphere is intentionally narrow in market posture and clear in what it does not claim.

Not a trading venue
BondsSphere does not operate a market venue or ask issuers to move live execution onto a new platform.
Not a bank replacement
BondsSphere is designed to complement bank-led issuance by improving issuer preparedness and decision clarity.
Not deal-specific disclosure software
BondsSphere can be used as a continuous treasury decision layer without requiring sensitive live-deal disclosure.
Recruiting

We are building the founding technical core of BondsSphere

We are looking for exceptional builders who want to work where capital markets, decision systems, product architecture and data infrastructure meet.

Founding CTO

Open Role

We are looking for a founding CTO to co-build an issuer-side decision-intelligence platform for primary bond markets. This is not a generic SaaS CTO role. You will help design a deal-centric system in which data models, financing scenarios and institutionally credible decision support become one product architecture.

What you will own

  • Core platform architecture and early engineering leadership
  • Canonical deal and transaction data model
  • Data ingestion, feature pipelines and system interfaces
  • Integration layer across market context, scenario logic and decision workflows
  • Technical foundation for an explainable, infrastructure-grade product

What we are looking for

  • A true builder with strong product and systems intuition
  • Experience with data-centric, workflow-heavy or decision-oriented platforms
  • Ability to turn complex institutional processes into clean, scalable architectures
  • Low ego, high ownership and long-term infrastructure thinking

Founding Quant

Open Role

We are looking for a founding quant to co-build the analytical core of BondsSphere. This is not a pure modelling role. You will help design a decision system in which pricing context, structuring logic and scenario outputs are translated into real-world financing decisions.

What you will own

  • Pricing and decision logic as part of a scenario-based system
  • Deal-centric feature engineering and calibration logic
  • Coupling of market context, risk framing and decision outputs
  • Scenario design and explainability frameworks
  • Integration of quantitative logic into product and system architecture

What we are looking for

  • Strong quantitative background with applied modelling experience
  • Ability to think in systems, not only in models
  • Focus on explainability, robustness and real-world usability
  • Interest in market structure and institutional decision processes
  • Desire to build a product, not just research models
