BondsSphere retains human editorial and operational responsibility for its public communications. Published content is reviewed for relevance, accuracy, tone and appropriate use. AI output is not treated as an authoritative source merely because it was generated by an AI system.
Some visual elements used by BondsSphere, including selected brand or background assets, may have been created or adapted with generative AI. Where an image could reasonably be mistaken for an authentic depiction of a real person, object, place, entity or event, BondsSphere will assess whether a clear, timely and accessible disclosure is required.
Some website or document text may originate from AI-assisted drafts. Before publication, such content is reviewed and approved by a person who assumes editorial responsibility. Additional disclosure will be used where required by applicable law or where it materially improves understanding.
AI assistance does not turn website material into investment, legal or other professional advice. BondsSphere does not rely on generative AI as the sole basis for financial conclusions, client-facing recommendations, compliance decisions or legally binding communications.
BondsSphere maintains internal registers for relevant AI-assisted visual assets and published content. These records capture the degree of AI involvement, human review, approval status, version and disclosure approach.
